Pie
Ingredients
2 cups of sugar
4 cups of water
6 sieved eggs
2 tablespoons of potato starch
4 tablespoons of butter
500 ml whipped cream
How to cook:
Make a syrup with sugar and water till gets thick. Make it cool, add egg yolks, potato starch dissolved in a little water and butter, takes it to the fire stirring constantly. Place the whipped cream.
Coverage:
200 ml whipped cream
200 g semi-sweet chocolate
Melt the chocolate, place the cream and mix it.
Mounting:
½ package of “biscoito maizena”
1 package of calypso cookies
1st cream: with eggs
2nd cream: coverage
Set around a pan with removable rim or on the plate with rim, the calypso cookie and at the bottom the “biscoito maizena”. Add the 1st cream and put in the freezer until set. Place the2nd cream.
